JW" for cluing us in.
Those yellow griffins were trail markers for a grueling 40-mile bike event in April. In the days ahead, I may follow more griffin marks on foot, but from the
bikers' descriptions of the route, it will be no promenade.
JW, inquiring minds want to know: Why the griffins?
